These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of web design and related services by Kessel Design (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By commissioning our services, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Scope of Services
Kessel Design provides website design, development, and related digital services as agreed in writing with the client. Any work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately and will not commence without approval.
2. Fees & Payment Terms
2.1 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of
50% of the total project cost is required before any
work begins.
2.2 Final Payment
The remaining balance is payable upon completion and must be settled
before the website goes live.
2.3 Hosting Fees
Where hosting is provided, all hosting fees must be paid
annually in advance.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for supplying all text, images, logos, and media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included. Further changes may incur additional charges.
5. Ownership
Ownership transfers upon full payment, excluding third-party licences.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
